BruinBuy Plus, UCLA’s new procure-to-pay system, launched on January 2, 2024, marking an important milestone for Ascend 2.0. BruinBuy Plus moves the University towards more efficient and transparent procurement processes. Additional functionalities and enhancements will be rolled out in tandem with Bruin Finance, UCLA’s new core financial system powered by Oracle Financials Cloud.
What is BruinBuy Plus?
BruinBuy Plus is a modern procure-to-pay, or eProcurement, system that will automate and integrate shopping, ordering, receiving, and invoice management into a single environment. It is configured to reflect UCLA business processes and provide increased visibility and consistency across procurement workflows.
