UCLA’s new procure-to-pay system, BruinBuy Plus, successfully launched on January 2, 2024. This is a significant milestone for the university’s financial transformation program, Ascend 2.0, and is a testament to how we continue to work towards greater business transformation and efficiency.
BruinBuy Plus
In early 2024, UCLA will launch BruinBuy Plus, a new procure-to-pay system that will bring immediate benefits to both vendors and the campus. As part of this implementation, the new invoice submission process provides a solution for improving outdated systems and processes for vendors, campus, and leadership alike in several ways to include greater efficiency, time savings, increased transparency, and more.
The Ascend 2.0 program is launching BruinBuy Plus, UCLA’s new procure-to-pay system, on January 2, 2024. This system will modernize and streamline procurement processes, as well as support Accounts Payable efforts to provide faster payments and minimize payment uncertainty.
